Teas and Coffees are available after the service today within the Duncanrig Hall

This afternoon at 2.30pm a short service is held in Westwood House Nursing Home. If you wish to attend and support the service you are made most welcome.

The Men’s Fellowship Coffee Moring takes place on Saturday 14th October. Tickets are now available for that event.

Tickets will soon be on sale for the Paisley Philharmonic Choir performance in Westwood Church on 5th November. Please do make that event as widely known as you can as a good-sized audience only adds to the atmosphere.

Kilbryde Hospice host a Vintage Tea within the Hospice premises on Monday 9th October 1pm to 3pm

Greenhills Parish Church are busy preparing for their Christmas Panto to be held in the Village Theatre from 13th to 16th December. This year they present The Pied Piper. Booking Forms are available in the Hall of Fellowship

The Kirk Session meets on Monday 9th October at 7.30pm. As agreed at the last meeting of the Session the October meeting will be a discussion night and is primarily for elders to participate in.

Mr Sean Walls of the Optical Factory is looking for some volunteers who feel they might benefit from a Hearing Test carried out by a trained technician. The test is completely free of charge but comes with the added benefit of a free lunch. If you want to know more please speak to Nan Brown.

Many thanks for your Harvest gifts brought into the church for today’s service. Your gifts will be passed on to Loaves and Fishes and will directly benefit people in need.

Many thanks to those who supported the Girls ‘ Brigade Anniversary Coffee morning held yesterday in the church halls.
