The Kirk Session is looking to improve the quality of communications within the church and see the potential to make better use of the Church office for that purpose. Competent staffing is key to the success of the venture. We are looking for volunteers who might have competency in any or all of the areas outlined below and availability on weekday mornings.

Are you familiar with Word Processing and use of Microsoft Office software e.g. email and spreadsheets?

Are you competent in use of the Internet for purchasing of church supplies e.g. stationery and office supplies, janitorial supplies, resources and craft materials?

Would you be open to learning about updating the Church website (word press), Facebook page and use of a Mail Chimp account for emailing church members? Some awareness of data protection issues would be desirable.

Do you have office skills in compiling and photocopy documents like Church notices, minutes, correspondence, the church magazine etc.

Evidence of competencies is desirable.
