From the Pulpit 25 March 2018

Immediately after this service we proceed outside for the “Raising of the Crosses” and if you fingers and toes are a bit chilled after that then the Ladies Fellowship will have some lovely warming Lentil soup for you through in the Duncanrig hall.

Today we welcome Julie Ritchie of Bobath Scotland as our guest speaker highlighting the charity’s work supporting those living with cerebral palsy. I’m sure Julie will be available to you after the service if you want to have further conversation with her. Retiring collection plate is available to you in the Hall of Fellowship throughout Holy Week. Donate as you feel able but please don’t feel obliged to contribute at every act of worship.

For more details of services and events through Holy Week there is a separate Easter Festival brochure available. As normal at Easter we welcome donations of eggs for the Easter brunch as it will be now, and flowers for the display in the Sanctuary on Saturday of Holy Week.

During Holy Week, Prayer time, Kirk Lunches and Tea ‘n Toast all take a break but resume the following week.
