The Minister is starting a short break after the services today and will return to duties on Monday 29thOctober.  Rev Stewart Smith will be with you next Sunday 28thOctober and Rev John Brewster will be looking after the parish.

The service at Abbey Lodge scheduled for tonight is postponed until next week Sunday 28thOctober.

Those who are taking part in the pilgrimage to Dryburgh Abbey on 23rdOctober are best to return their menu selection to me today.  You may also wish to take a copy of the itinerary so you know where and when you can meet the coach to begin our journey.

CrossReach Christmas Cards and Calendars are available to collect today.  Please see Elizabeth Donald.

If you are looking for Christmas paper or cards at very reasonable prices then do stop off Sheana’s Card Stall in the Hall of Fellowship where a new supply of goods awaits your purchase!

If you are working on a shoe box for the annual appeal then ideally they should be returned by next Sunday 28thOctober

We are also closing the knitted and crocheted Poppy project today.  Through your efforts more than 500 poppies have been produced. Thank you again for your willingness to participate and help mark Remembrance in a special way this year.

The new monthly intimation sheet for November will soon be going into production.  Any items that need to be included should be passed to Raymond Burns as soon as possible.
